About us

Our mission is to help people become the healthiest versions of themselves by cultivating healthy habits revolving around our three VIVAL Vitals: Nutrition, Exercise, and Sleep. We truly believe that simple changes can generate significant improvements in the quality of life for our students. We strive to destroy the confusion, myths and fads that are common in the health/wellness industry, and are dedicated to providing real and meaningful results that last a lifetime.

Co-Founder & Coach

Equipped with an MBA in Analytics and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer License, Coach Kyle is an expert in nutrition tracking and building healthy habits. He is a big believer in the importance of making simple lifestyle changes to exponentially change your life. “It is easy to overestimate the changes you can make in a week, but even easier to underestimate the changes you can make in a year. Consistency is the name of the game! And I can guarantee you, If you put in the work, you will be a changed man by the end of one of our programs.”

With a Master’s Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University and a Wellness Coaching certification, Aaron is a proud VIVAL coach with an expertise in advanced exercise and nutrition information. “I believe that in order to reach any desired goal, it is extremely important to first build healthy, sustainable habits. My mission is to empower you to take charge of your health and well-being by providing you with all the knowledge you’ll need to reach your full potential.
